Dear participants of the Congress! Dear Ukrainians!
Let me sincerely congratulate you on the opening of the Universal Congress.
Today´s crowded meeting is evidence of your hard work for the sake of consolidation of the Ukrainians all over the world. You undertook an important mission to erect bridges between the hearts, overcoming the distances and borders, so that every Ukrainian in the world could feel as a part of a single nation.
This forum unites our compatriots from all over the world and testifies to the effect that Ukrainians constitute one single nation, and no borders can divide us, if we have a single heart, a single thought, and a single pursuit to live and work for the sake of prosperity of our Motherland.
It is necessary to combine efforts of entire nation in order to implement the ideals of many generations of Ukrainians. We should declare that Ukraine is not in the outskirts of Europe. Ukraine is a state that speaks many languages, and its people are well-educated.
Moreover, this country has unity of views concerning Euro-Integration development.
Dear friends, I wish you efficient work, creative inspiration, and new accomplishments for the sake of development of our common home, prosperity and welfare of our Motherland.
